Dear Jill / Stephanie / Keli

I am excited to be writing to you in regards to your open position of Designer that I would love to be considered for. I have always been a fan of Daughter Creative. Please consider me for the roll of Designer.

I am a seasoned multidisciplinary freelancer who has been working in the creative industry for the past 10+ years. In the past few years I have been focusing primarily on murals and illustration, but have had the experience in working in many different mediums from animation to installation. This enables a wider approach when developing new ideas. Through my many positive experiences of being an independent contractor, the flip side of it is quite isolating. I long to share a space and collaborate with talented creatives who also have an enthusiasm creating meaningful work.

I am mature with real life experience, who has everything to prove. Not only would Daughter benefit from my energy and get it done attitude, but I am a talented creative and my best work is yet to be created.

To confidently say the role would be a breeze, would be lofty rhetoric. In the skills I’m not as strong, I will blow you away with my energy, eye for detail, and ability to learn quickly. I look forward to hearing from you!
